What does the stable mark mean

If you see at some of our applications mark , it means, that this application was finished to stage, as we had imagined it and after that it was properly tested. So from such an application except maximum possible functionality and do not except no updates in near time. But this mark definitely does not mean, that development of this application has ended, we can start to update again even such a marked application, for example if we got an intersting suggestion to improve.
